Final report

When the project is completed, it is time to apply for the final payment and report the project.

The final report consists of 2-3 parts that you need to fill out and submit. Partly to us at the leader office and to the Swedish Board of Agriculture.

Final report

In your decision, the project's end date is stated, and it is important that you submit the application for the final payment so that it has been received by the Swedish Board of Agriculture no later than this date. If you apply after your end date, you will receive a deduction on the granted support.

If the project, for any reason, cannot be reported on time, it is important that you apply for an extension of the project. This should be done before the project's original end date. Contact us at the leader office, and we will assist you further.

How?

You apply for the final payment via My pages on the Swedish Board of Agriculture's website but contact us at the leader office before you submit the application. We usually schedule a time for reconciliation and follow-up, during which we also review parts that need to be reported to ensure that the execution is clear and at the right level.

We assist you and review your documentation and reporting. We do this to reduce the risk of expenses that are not approved being reported in the application for payment. Such errors cannot be corrected afterwards and may lead to deductions from the support amount.

After reconciliation

After reconciliation, we would like to see a draft of your final report to provide feedback and possibly comments on additions. This draft can be downloaded in the Review/submit mode in the e-service, without submitting, instead return to save.

Once your final report is submitted to the Swedish Board of Agriculture, we cannot adjust it, and therefore we would like to see a draft before that happens.

Partial payments and advances

If you apply for advances and partial payments in your project, you can receive a maximum of 80 percent of the project support paid out before you apply for the final payment of your project. The excess part, that is, 20 percent of your project support, is withheld and saved until you apply for the final payment.

Other reports

In addition to the final report, a local final report must also be submitted to the leader office, as well as a summary of the voluntary work that has been performed.
