About the project
The purpose of the initiative is to develop a plan for what investments need to be made in the nature reserve's Café. How can the operation be developed from being open only during the summer season to being a year-round restaurant?.
Activities and goals that will be implemented during the project period include:.
- Project management and administration
- Study visits
- Meetings with the municipality
- Meetings with local food producers and associations
- Planning of a new kitchen
- Investigate the conditions and develop a plan for future development by planning an implementation project
